Cancellation and Refund

The Returns/Replacement and Refund Policy provide buyers with the option to return, replace, or obtain a refund for purchased products under certain conditions. Below are the key points outlined in the policy:

  1. Return/Replacement Period: Products are returnable within the specified return/replacement period indicated below, except for those explicitly identified as not returnable. Gold, Silver, and Diamond Jewelry can be replaced/returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Verification and Checks: Return/Replacement requests are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of the request by the respective Seller(s). Return/Replacement and/or Refund shall be refused in the following cases:
    • If the product is determined to be damaged while in your possession.
    • If the product has been used, washed, soiled, or returned without non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (where applicable).
    • If the product is not in its original condition or packaging, including tags and accessories.
    • If the product lacks a valid and readable serial number.
    • If the product received is different from what was shipped.
    • Combo/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.

  3. Replacement Availability: Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, color, etc.) and is limited to one request. In cases where the Seller is unable to process a replacement request, a refund will be issued.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated as per the applicable modes mentioned below within 7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of the product by the Seller. The refund modes include:
    • Online/Credit card/Debit Card/Wallets/Net Banking/IMPS, UPI, NEFT to the Bank account of the buyer/Gift card/Gift Voucher.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Products: In case a product is physically damaged or different from the one ordered, the customer must inform the customer care representative immediately and within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or a refund will be processed.

How do I return/replace an item?
To initiate a return for an order, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Account” section on the Sarvi Jewellery website.
  2. Select “Order History” from the options provided.
  3. Login using your registered mobile number (the one used to place the order) and the OTP received.
  4. Choose the specific order that you wish to return or replace from the list displayed.

What are the return guidelines?
Here are the steps and details regarding the return process:

  1. Ensure that the item you wish to return is eligible for return according to the Return Policy.
  2. If the return is not eligible for reverse pickup, a self-ship option will be provided. Customers can opt for self-shipment. In such cases, customers can claim a refund of up to Rs 100 against reverse shipping charges.
  3. Once the return is received and processed in accordance with the Return Policy, a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.
  4. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account via NEFT or UPI.

When will I get my refund?
The refund process occurs under the following conditions:

  1. Refund is initiated once the returned item(s) are received by Sarvi Jewellery or the Seller notifies Sarvi Jewellery of the receipt of the return.
  2. The timeline for the refund to be processed is typically 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the product by the Seller.

What are the guidelines to accept shipments?
Before accepting the shipment of any product, please ensure the following:

  1. Check Packaging: Ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with.
  2. Refuse Delivery if Damaged: If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery.
  3. Refund Assurance: Upon refusal of delivery due to damaged or tampered packaging, a refund will be assured, provided the order is prepaid.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Here are the steps to cancel your order or request a refund:
A) Cancellation Before Dispatch:

  • Log in to your Sarvi Jewellery Account.
  • Cancel the order before the product is dispatched if you have ordered it by mistake.

B) Contact Customer Service for Undelivered Orders:

  • If your product has shipped but hasn’t been delivered yet, contact Customer Service at +91 76761 11022 and inform them of the situation.

C) Refund Process for Prepaid Orders:

  • For prepaid orders that haven’t been shipped, the refund will be processed within 4-5 days.
  • If the product has already been shipped, the refund will be initiated within 4-5 days from the receipt of the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY SARVI JEWELLERY
 A) Sarvi Jewelry or any of its registered Sellers may raise an order cancellation request under certain rare situations, which could include:

  1. Product out of stock with the Seller
  2. Product not worth shipping
  3. Restrictions on the number of products ordered, as per the terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount
  4. Incorrect pricing or description of the product
  5. Incorrect or incomplete Buyer’s Address
  6. Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by courier partners
  7. Any other reason beyond the control of the product Seller

If it is a Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. You will be notified through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reasons.

B) For Prepaid Orders, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation of the order by the Seller or within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation.
